Refund policy
Welcome to Shree Pakhi! We pride ourselves on quality, competitive pricing, and integrity, and we expect the same honesty from our customers. Please read the following terms that govern our return and exchange policy.
RETURNS
Returns are only allowed if the item received is damaged. In such cases, customers must provide a product unboxing video to qualify for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shreepakhi2023@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a third-party courier to pick up the item from your address within 2 working days.
If our courier is unable to collect the item after two attempts, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse via a trackable courier service. The warehouse address will be provided in our email communication.
Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused, undamaged, and includes the original tags. If the item meets these conditions, we will process the return. we will initiate the refund into the original payment method within 2 working days of the receipt of the return.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all original tags attached.
To request an exchange, please email us at shreepakhi2023@gmail.com. If the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a third-party courier to pick up the item.
If our courier is unable to collect the item after two attempts, the customer must send the item back to our warehouse at the address provided via a trackable courier service.
Each item can only be exchanged once. Multiple exchanges for the same item are not allowed.
Upon receipt and inspection of the exchanged item at our warehouse, if the item meets all return conditions, we will dispatch the replacement item within 2 days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Courier Attempts: Our designated courier will attempt to pick up the returned or exchanged items twice. Failure to hand over the items to the courier will require the customer to manage and bear the cost of shipping to our warehouse.
Inspection and Approval: All returns and exchanges will be subject to a thorough inspection at our warehouse to ensure compliance with our conditions of return and exchange.
